Absolutely brilliant accommodation with perfect setting very close to shop around, department stores and restaurants and shops. A great selection of options, delicious food. The rooms with a wonderful view on minato mirai.

Beds were quite hard.

Central location, within a close distance from Hara Model Railway Museum. Amicable staff and tastefully decorated rooms with good AC, a wonderful view plus good breakfast.

Our stay at the Hotel Unizo Yokohamaeki-West was fantastic! The location was perfect, just a short walk from Yokohama Station. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and a nice bathtub. We did have a small issue with the bathroom door, but the hotel staff quickly came to fix it for us. The hotel also offered English service, which was very helpful for us non-Japanese speakers. com. We also loved that the hotel had a massage service and a movie theater for entertainment. we had a relaxing and enjoyable time at this hotel. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we would definitely recommend it to others.

It was clean and the staff were polite, beds were exceptionally comfortable. I was upgraded to a newly decorated guest room. Great service was provided too.

This hotel ticks all the boxes for a great stay. its location near the central station is incredibly convenient, making it easy to get around the city. Secondly, the rooms offer a wonderful view of Minato Mirai, which adds a touch of luxury to the stay.
